If you are taking a vacation, a Pre-Arranged Absence Form is still required in order for your vacation to be an excused absence. The form needs to be sent into the school 2 weeks prior to your vacation. This includes MSO students. The form is attached.
We also need to know where you are going on vacation (city, state) so we know if it is a hot spot. If it is a hot spot the week you are there, it is highly recommended that you quarantine at home when you return for 10 days.
