Outstanding Meal Balance Notice

All students that have negative account balances to their meal accounts must be fully paid up to
date by May 26 th . Payments are accepted online through the Parent Portal, or by sending in
checks or cash directly to school with your child in a clearly marked envelope indicating the
student’s name and a PIN number if available.
Though we strive to accommodate our families allowing some flexibility in delayed meal
payments, it is necessary for us at this time of year to prepare for end of the year fiscal
shutdown.
All outstanding balances remaining on accounts after June 8 th will be reported to the Treasurer’s
Office for further collection.
